    Wrong purchase

    So i made a report already on this, but do you know if they will respond and how long until they do?

    I accidentally brought a second iseult equipment for the wrong account and now i have two sets of them.

    I don't know if it is "supposed" to disappear but I know all mine disappear until they send a reply. So it is normal in my experience.

    I saw the contact us and gave the email picture of the receipt, but when i checked on it again it the contact us disappear.

    Is it suppose to disappear after i leave after responding back?

    Hi Naoko. Customer Support will respond, how long it takes depends on how busy they are. On average I would say it takes 3-5 days for an initial response. Keep checking the bulletin board in your city to see if they have responded or need additional information.
